STEP ONE: Schedule Your Discovery Call. This is where it all begins. We’ll discuss your travel goals, preferred travel style, and what matters most to you on your next journey. It’s an easy, no-pressure conversation designed to see if we’re the right fit to work together.
STEP TWO: Personalized Itinerary Design. Following our call, we will create a proposed itinerary or cruise plan that reflects your preferences, timeline, and budget. Every detail—from ship selection to shore experiences—is carefully curated to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.
STEP THREE: Confirm & Prepare for Departure. Once your itinerary is finalized, we’ll manage all the bookings, confirmations, and behind-the-scenes logistics. You’ll receive organized travel documents, reminders, and pre-departure guidance so you can simply relax and look forward to your trip.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and on weekends by appointment only. We are available for our clients 24/7 while they are traveling via email, phone and WhatsApp.
