do you charge fees?
Most of our clients plan their trips at least 6 - 12 months in advance and many cruises can be booked up to two years in advance. This allows for proper destination research, ample time to connect with our travel partners to confirm availability and services internationally, and if booking a cruise, this advance planning will ensure that you are able to sail in the cabin category of your choice and secure a place on your desired itinerary.
Last minute trips, or those that are booked within 60 days of departure, will incur a $200 close-in booking fee.

Absolutely! Arriving a few days before your European river cruise departs Amsterdam or extending your Mediterranean cruise in Barcelona for another week in Spain? Extending your trip to Antarctica by adding a few days in Argentina? Or simply arriving in Florida a day or two before your winter cruise? No problem! We've got you covered.
